I am Mick Myers, founder of Perfect Leaf Management LLC and its sister company Lawncarerus.com. I have spent my career developing Environmentally Proactively Smart programs for homeowners, businesses and government agencies. PLM is cost effective and our programs contribute to a healthier environment. 

Every entrepreneur is looking to reinvent the wheel and be able to use the phrase my product or service is “environmentally friendly” when in fact it is not. PLM utilizes environmentally proactively smart programs which limit environmental impact and help prevent further damage to our water, grounds and animal and human habitats.

After founding Perfect Leaf Management, I had two options:
Option 1: Follow the status quo in the lawn treatment industry which is to place profit first, make millions, and retire.
Option 2: Redefine the treatment industry protocol and focus less on revenue and more on dedicating my knowledge and understanding to develop programs that are truly environmentally proactively smart and retire knowing I've contributed to a healthier environment and created beautiful landscapes.

For three years I postponed the launch of PerfectLeafManagement.com. I worked hard in the landscape treatment industry, with my boots on the ground and environmentally proactively smart PLM Signature programs in hand. 

Minority entrepreneurs represent less than two percent of the landscape treatment industry. I quickly realized I not only had to be good, I had to be better and less expensive than the two giants landscape treatment companies. 

I found myself repeating my "introduction" phrase endlessly: I'm a state certified agriculture licensed and insured. I have the same license and certification as _______ and _________. The difference between PerfectLeafManagement.com and them is as the founder my boots are on the ground building a portfolio of undeniable before and after pictures which showcase Perfect Leaf Management’s environmentally proactively smart programs.
There are two paths to become PLM certified. As a franchisee you purchase your own PLM and have support along the way or join us as an Independent Contractor and learn from the ground up. No matter which path you chose PLM provides you with extensive training and more than twenty years of experience in the lawn care industry.
