Perimeter Pest Control

A dead insect after it crossed paths with Perfect Leaf Management signature treatments!

Why Consider Perfect Leaf Management Pest Prevention program

Answer: Within our signature program are critical pest prevention treatments. Whether your property has a severe case of insect infestation or normal seasonal pests we can protect your lawn. Insects are travelers, detect an unprotected location and build their colony. Our database of pests is immense and as a licensed agriculture company, we are updated on incoming traveling pests. We know which bugs are resistant to common control methods. Leave the fighting to us!

Insects build colonies within the soil for protection from insecticide and in order to hibernate and store food. A proactive response will keep insects from entering your home or business as well as off of your ornamentals, shrubs and trees.

Perfect Leaf Management insecticides expose insects and send them hiking.

Live insect on customer hardwoods. Call us before this happens to you!

Preventing weeds will reduce mowing. But please don't stop mowing. Often customers are amazed at our results and begin to rely too heavily on lawn treatment. If we notice a lengthy cut back in mowing, you will receive a “Please Mow Your Lawn” reminder as a courtesy. Perfect Leaf Management is an environmentally proactively smart company. Mowing your lawn properly will help naturally smother and kill weeds.

Once you enter our program weeds will fight more aggressively than ever to surface in your grass and survive. Weeds have the ability to grow much higher than grass. Weeds can grow six feet, while grass grows only seven inches.

We highly recommend allowing our state certified licensed technicians customize a preventive program for you. (Example of a customized program below.)

Fire Ant Control: Fire ants are about one-eighth-to-one-fourth of an inch long and are reddish-brown to black. The physical appearance of fire ants is very similar to garden ants. In turf, fire ant colonies are seen as dome-shaped mounds. When undisturbed, these mounds may be one-to-two feet high. Mounds are often found in open areas such as lawns, pastures, or roadsides and often contain ants of different sizes. Fire ants rarely build nests in heavily-shaded or frequently cultivated areas. Unlike most other ants, fire ants aggressively attack anything that disturbs their mound. The most effective method for control of ants over a broad area is the use of broadcast bait two times per year (spring/fall) coupled with individual mound treatments as needed.

Perfect Leaf Management’s state certified technician recommended our Perimeter Pest Control Service and suggested the fire ants would spread if immediate action was not taken

September: With fall approaching insects will begin to build mounds within the soil while others will attempt to enter home for warmth. Rodents and snakes search for a warm habitat.

November: Controlled application for fire ants, snakes, and creepy crawlers.
